Recently purchased some led golf ball sbc bulbs arrived well packed and all intact, Much cheaper than elsewhere, we fitted them and they are absolutely brilliant. Will certainly be purchasing all my lighting requirements from LED Hut from now on

Placed order online, needed some support around the product options, called, great customer service. Arrived next day well packaged.

Ordered some bulbs - wanted them for Sat ordered on Fri - due to next working day delivery - expected on Monday - but they arrived on Sat (win!!!)

One bulb not working - contacted and another sent straight out!

Product arrived as ordered. However the ordering experience, by phone, was unhelpful, and the operative kept cutting off, and getting the order wrong. She could not forgill part of the order requirement, for a common high efficiency bulb.
I have traded with you over the years, when your sales team were both more knowledgeable and helpful. Alas not this time.

I have been using LED Hut since 2012 and haven't had any issues with the quality of products and their longevity.
However this time around, the wrong temperature bulbs were delivered.
Upon speaking to Adam from LED hut, adam has refunded me and also sent me the correct temperature bulbs.

I had been trying to match the colour spectrum / description of some existing LED Downlights to new replacements without success locally. The ones I sourced from LED Hut matched perfectly. Excellent price and delivery.

I asked four companies the same question relating to what I needed, nor only were LED Hut the first to respond, they were the only one to respond. Bought what was recommended, good price a next day delivery. Very pleased LED novice.

Easy to order from the website, the description of the various bulbs was very informative in helping me understand what I needed. Delivery was very quick and the bulbs do the job perfectly. I shall certainly use LED again and would recommend to my family and friends

Update on my previous review, I have now been in contact with LED hut who have said they would send a replacement bulb at not extra cost to myself, apparently they where unable to find me previous Email and apologise for the inconvenience that had incurred.
Thankyou LED hut.
I have used this company before and never had any problems.
Hopefully this will never happen again.

We wanted to replace our outdated incandescent Christmas tree lights and LED hut had a good selection, and at good prices. Delivery was quick and the product excellent.

Fairly quick delivery time, which I couldn't see until after check out. I'd hoped it would be with me sooner. Parcel delivered by Evri and left on the doorstep despite my clear instruction as to where to deposit it. I was appalled at their level of service. Because we had gone on holiday that day I had to contact a neighbour to take it in. I suggest you change your courier. Evri can't be contacted which has caused me problems in the past.

Got these to replace some dated ones and not as bright .
Easy to install and wire up , low power consumption and a brilliant light with a good spread

I have used LEDhut for all but one of my LED purchases. I changed all 83 bulbs in my house to LED in 2015. They had a 5 year guarantee which was honoured with no fuss when bulbs in one light failed. I am now convinced that the light fixture was at fault rather than the bulb, since the issue occured again in the same fixture. On one occasion I did use a well known DIY shed chain for convenience. I regretted it since that bulb lasted less than 10 weeks. I have been very happy with the service and especially when I needed some specialist advice
