Erase write protection from flash drive

i have a 32 gb flash drive & i cann't insert or delete anything from it , the message says that the drive is write protected

You could be looking for a very tiny switch on that flash drive to turn Write Protection off. Alternatively, plug it in and in My Computer, right click it and go to properties and see what's on offer in the menus.
