Solution
* I like the i5 750 or AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition.
* I like the Cooler Master 690 case!! Very good choice, IMHO!!
* I like the HD/Monitor/GPU!!

* I don't like the OCZ RAM. Not too sure it's quality these days, too many complaints.
* I also am not an OCZ PSU fan. I do prefer Antec/Seasonic/PCP&C/Corsair PSU's for their reliability and warranties!
* Make sure you get Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit!!

Thanks for the vote of confidence lunyone. Much appreciated.

I guess that's why OCZ was the cheapest option. Would you or anyone have any experience with Team Xtreem or Team Elite ram? Would corsair ram be a safer bet?

I suppose I'll pick up a Seasonic X or a Corsair PSU then. How many watts should I be looking at if my friend crossfires the 5870? Is 650 enough by any chance?

Thanks

Well if your going to crossfire 2 5870's than I would suggest the Corsair 750tx or equivalent. Make sure you have 4 x 6 pin PCI-e power connectors for the Crossfire setup, becasue it'll make things easier and that is really what your going to need for that setup.
I don't have any experience with Team Xtreem or Team Elite RAM so I can't comment on those, but like I said I like Corsair/G.Skill/Crucial brands becasue of past experiences with them. Try and make sure you get RAM that runs at stock voltage (1.5v). This will make things easier and they will generate less heat too!!
