Solid state drive how format

Hello, i used a partion tool and got 5 partions on my solid state drive but one now is not reading , so iv lost this space i need to format the ss and start again but dont know how .

Normal (primary) partitioning only allows 4 partitions per drive, so unless you used Extended partitions...
If you give more detail about what you did and with what tools we may be able to help...

i think i used Acronis Director to add another pattion( or what i thought i was doing) and now the space is Unallocated. which i cant open or do any thing with. Then it seemed to cut off and on and when it rebooted it now has to operating systems at start up (windows 7 and windows 7 professional)
im very confused.

Actually i just call dell and they said as in waranty will send a service man to look and probally change the drive.

you can use some recovery program to get files back http://www.icare-recovery.com/

This one works for Windows 7.
